EVENT FUNDING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

Every Culminis Member Organization will be eligible to receive support for one event per quarter. The number of events supported each quarter will vary. Since funds are limited, Culminis may not be able to fund all requests.

To receive event support a user group must:

1.    be an active Member Organization in the Culminis ALLIANCE

2.    complete and submit a “Request for Event Funding” application

3.    confirm the number of expected attendees at the event

4.    be able to receive funds or support electronically.

The following terms and conditions must be satisfied to receive the funds or services supplied to Culminis Member Organizations once a “Request for Funding” request has been submitted and approved.

1.    Member Organization Leaders (Leaders) agree to use the funding and or services provided by Culminis to promote, sponsor or support specific activities in association with a special event hosted by the Member Organization.

2.    Leaders agree to receive all funding in United States Dollars (USD) via either a PayPal account, bank wire transfer or some other mutually agreed upon method determined before the transaction takes place.

3.    Leaders agree to send an acknowledgement email upon receipt of all funds or services to confirm receipt.

4.    Leaders agree to provide pre and post-registration information to Culminis to confirm event attendance. This information should be in the form of an email sent directly to eventsupport@culminis.com or their Regional Lead.

5.    Leaders agree to conduct a post event electronic survey, either their own or one provided and hosted by Culminis, at or after the event. Leaders understand that the number of responses to this survey will have a direct effect on the subsequent requests for funding they may submit.

The amount of funding to be given to each group will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and determined by:

1.    the user group’s level in the Level 5 Participation Program and

2.    an evaluation of the group’s

a.     number of members

b.    estimate of expected number of attendees and

c.     confirmed number of attendees for the event.

The Culminis rewards policy states that any reward offered must be claimed within 30 days of the notice of receipt of the award. All rewards that are not claimed within these 30 days will be forfeited and no longer available. The definition of claimed is that we have received a valid means of payment and have initiated the payment process within the 30 days.
